Tofu, broccoli, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey/maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger.
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Slice into cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Cook tofu until golden brown on all sides. Set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the broccoli until tender and slightly crisp.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, garlic, and grated ginger.
Add the tofu back into the skillet with broccoli. Pour the sauce over and toss gently.
Serve hot with rice or noodles and enjoy your delicious, healthy meal.
