1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup boiling water.
In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir to blend.
Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add boiling water to the batter, mix gently.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let it cool before serving. Enjoy your rich Belgian Chocolate Cake with whipped cream or fresh berries for an extra flavour.
