Savour The Flavours With Garlic Paneer Fried Rice

1 cup basmati rice, 200g paneer, 4-5 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1-2 green chilies, 2-3 tbsp oil, Salt and pepper, Fresh coriander.

Ingredients

Cook basmati rice and let it cool down.

Prepare The Rice

In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and lightly fry the cubed paneer until golden. Set aside.

Saute The Paneer

In a pan, heat another tbsp of oil. Saute garlic and green chilies until fragrant, then add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.

Saute Garlic & Veggies

Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix well.

Combine Rice & Sauce

Gently mix in the fried paneer cubes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
