Palak
Enjoy a quick and tasty evening snack with this Palak Chaat recipe, ready in 30 minutes.
5 Palak leaves, 100 gm Besan, 1 tsp Ajwain, 1 Boiled potato, 1 tbsp Green chutney, 1 tbsp Sweet chutney, 1/2 cup Curd, 1/2 cup Oil, 1 tbsp Sev, 1 tbsp Chopped onion, 1 tbsp Chopped tomato, 1 tsp Chaat masala, Coriander leaves for garnish, Pomegranate for garnish, Salt to taste
Instructions to make Palak Chaat.
Make a thick batter with besan, water, salt, and ajwain.
Wash and dip palak leaves in the batter.
Fry the dipped leaves in oil until crispy and brown.
Plate with mashed potato, salt, chaat masala, sweet chutney, and green chutney.
Top with curd, sev, chaat masala, chopped onion, and tomato.
Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate. Enjoy!
