Mushrooms, sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Set aside caps and finely chop the stems.
In a pan, cook the sausage until browned. Break it up into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the sausage mixture into each mushroom cap. Make sure they're packed tightly.
Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
