Sabudana Appe : A Crispy & Delicious Navratri Treat

Ingredients

Sabudana, potato, peanuts, corn flour, baking soda, salt, cumin, lemon, cilantro, green chili, ginger.

Soak Sabudana

Add the hot boiling water to the sabudana and soak for 15 to 30 minutes or until you prepare all the other ingredients.

Mix all ingredients well to form a soft dough.

Make small, round balls for even cooking.
