Chicken breast, yogurt, lemon juice, ghee/oil, spices, tortillas, yogurt sauce, cucumber, tomato, cilantro.
1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, chopped cilantro.
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, ghee or oil, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds. Spread a layer of yogurt sauce on each tortilla, followed by sliced grilled chicken, chopped cucumber, tomato, and cilantro.
Drizzle with additional yogurt sauce, if desired. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
A flavorful and satisfying wrap is ready.
