2 large eggs, 1 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tsp grated cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, fresh herbs.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter a small ramekin or custard cup
Heat ghee in a pan.
Crack 2 large eggs into the prepared ramekin. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Pour 1 tablespoon of heavy cream over the eggs and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of grated cheddar cheese.
Add hot water halfway up the ramekin and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
Remove the ramekin from the water bath and garnish with fresh herbs.
