Mix yogurt, paneer, veggies, and spices in a bowl until well combined and flavorful.
Roll each bread slice with a rolling pin to make it thin and easy to roll.
Place a spoonful of filling at one end of the flattened bread slice for rolling.
Carefully roll the bread tightly around the filling, sealing the edges with flour paste or pressing.
In a pan, heat oil over medium flame until hot, suitable for deep frying.
Fry the rolls in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Drain excess oil on paper towels, then serve warm with green chutney or sauces.
