Refreshing, & Nutritious: Blueberry + Avocado Smoothie Delight

Add ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional), 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess), Ice cubes.

Stage-1

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.

Stage-2

Add the blueberries to the blender with the avocado.

Stage-3

Add the almond milk to the blender, and if you prefer a sweeter taste, include honey or maple syrup.

Stage-4

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into a glass, add ice cubes

Stage-5
