Cut bread into cubes and deep fry until golden. Drain and set aside.
Mix yogurt with salt and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning ingredients, and let them sizzle.
Pour the seasoned oil over yogurt and mix well.
Add carrots and coriander leaves, then mix again.
Spoon the yogurt mixture over fried bread, top with more carrots and coriander, and serve immediately.
