Take a bowl and mix chopped onions, boiled mashed potatoes, a pinch of garam masala, salt, grated paneer, green chilies, chaat masala.

Take a small amount of the mixture and form small flat patties. Fry them in a hot pan with little oil until they turn golden.

Combine whole wheat flour, water, salt, and a little oil to knead a soft, smooth dough. Set aside for 15 minutes.

First divide the dough into small balls, roll one and place a kabab patty in the center, fold and seal the edges. Now gently roll into a flat paratha.

Heat a non stick tawa and cook the stuffed paratha with ghee on both sides. Allow it to turn golden and a bit crispy.
