Heat a pan, add corianders seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, kashmiri red chili and normal red chili.
Allow the roasted ingredients to cool off and then take it to mixer jar. Grind the roasted ingredients to smooth powder.
Wash and peel the skin of raw banana. Take the raw banana slices in a sauce pan. Also add a pinch of turmeric & salt.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, few curry leaves, onions, ginger garlic paste and gently give a mix.
Next, add some spices. Give everything a good mix. Keep in low flame and cook for 5 mins. The masala gets combined well.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves, cool for 2 mins and then add lemon juice and give a final mix. Kela Achar is now ready to serve.
