Sunny Priyan
Ingredients- 200g paneer, 1 cup peas, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 cup cheese, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan, saute paneer cubes until golden, then cook the peas for 2-3 minutes and set both aside.
In the remaining oil, saute cumin seeds until fragrant, add onions and cook until golden, then stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Stir in pureed tomato, turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, and salt, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Add the peas and paneer to the masala, cook for 3-4 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and cook until melted.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve your Cheesy Matar Paneer hot with naan or rice.
