Lingkan Reang
Wash quinoa thoroughly and cook with 2 cups of water, simmering for 10 minutes.
Fluff the cooked quinoa with a fork and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, then add onions and chillies, cooking for a couple of minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add veggies and salt, cooking until tender.
Toss in the cooked quinoa, mix well, and serve.
