Quick & Tasty Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

– 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced) – Mixed veggies: lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and bell peppers – ¼ cup mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – Optional: herbs like parsley or cilantro

Prep Chicken

Shred or dice cooked chicken and set aside.

Chop Veggies

Chop your favorite fresh veggies like lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and bell peppers.

Mix Dressing
