1 ripe banana, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup dragon fruit (peeled and chopped), 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, 1/2 cup yogurt.

At first, you have to peel the banana and dragon fruit and then chop them into chunks.

Take a blender and put the dragon fruit, milk, banana, and yogurt together.
