Quick Masala Garlic Rice: A Burst Of Flavour In Every Bite

Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it in a pot or rice cooker with water.

Cook The Rice

In a large pan, heat oil or ghee on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Heat Oil

Add the chopped garlic and saute until golden brown. Then, add the chopped onions and cook until they turn soft.

Saute Garlic & Onion

Stir in the green chilies, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add Spices

Add the cooked rice to the pan, season with salt, and gently stir to coat the rice with the spices.

Combine Rice & Spices

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
