Quick & Flavourful Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add fennel seeds and saute onions for 5 mins.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, and spice powders, and mix well. 

Add tomatoes and curry leaves, cook until tomatoes soften. 

Toss in chicken pieces and coat with the masala. 

Cover, cook for 1 whistle, then simmer on low flame for 15 mins. 

Let pressure release, add coriander leaves, and serve with rice or roti.
