You need a boiled eggs, onion, Tomatoes, Ginger-garlic paste, Fresh cream, cashew paste, green chilli, some spices, oil and coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chili, cook until fragrant.
Add pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates from the masala.
Add cashew paste and mix well. Pour in a little water and Stir in fresh cream and garam masala. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add boiled eggs to the curry. Let them soak in the flavors for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Your creamy, flavorful Egg Malai Curry is ready to serve!.
