– 2 ripe bananas – 2 cups milk – 3 tbsp custard powder – 4 tbsp sugar – Chopped nuts (optional)
Dissolve custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk to make a smooth paste.
Boil the remaining milk in a saucepan. Add sugar and the custard paste while stirring continuously. Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and let the custard cool completely at room temperature.
Slice bananas and add them to the warm custard. Stir gently to mix the flavors.
Refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled for the best flavor.
