– 2 cups whole wheat flour – 2 eggs – 1 small onion, finely chopped – 1 green chili, finely chopped – 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon red chili powder – Oil or ghee for cooking
Mix whole wheat flour with water to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add chopped onion, green chili, coriander, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well.
– Divide the dough into balls and roll them into thin circles. – Heat a pan, place the paratha, and cook on one side until partially cooked.
Make a slit in the side where paratha and pour 2-3 tablespoons of the egg mixture onto the partially cooked paratha.
Flip it carefully and cook until both sides are golden.
Serve hot with chutney, yogurt, or ketchup for added flavor.
