Enjoy this refreshing paneer salad as a quick lunch, dinner, or even as a light snack!
– 200g paneer (cubed) – Fresh veggies: cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots – 1 tsp olive oil – Salt & pepper to taste – Lemon juice – Coriander leaves for garnish
Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly sauté the paneer cubes until golden brown. Set them aside to cool.
Dice all the fresh vegetables. You can use cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, and carrots for a colorful and crunchy mix.
Mix the sautéed paneer with chopped veggies. Add salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Your healthy, protein-packed paneer salad is ready to serve!
