Soak 1 cup split chickpeas (chana dal) and 250g minced chicken overnight.
Boil the soaked dal and meat with 1 chopped onion, 2-3 green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices until tender.
Drain and blend the mixture into a smooth paste, adding fresh coriander and mint leaves for flavor.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Shallow fry kebabs in oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Enjoy with mint chutney and sliced onions for a delicious snack!
