Warm a skillet over medium-high heat, adding butter and oil.

Season shrimp with salt and pepper, saute for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink.
Pour in lemon juice, honey, and zest, simmer for 1-2 minutes without overcooking the shrimp.
Garnish with parsley and serve over polenta, pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables.
