1 packet Maggi noodles, 2 cups mixed veggies, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 cup Manchurian sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Boil the maggi noodles in a pan , drain and set aside.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Mix the cooked noodles, mixed vegetables, chopped onion, minced garlic, Manchurian sauce, soy sauce, and cornflour in a bowl.
Use your hands to shape the noodle mixture into small balls.
Dip each ball into the lightly beaten egg for a smooth coating.
Roll the egg-coated ball in breadcrumbs to create a crunchy exterior.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the balls until crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy the crunchy, flavorful Maggi Manchurian balls!
