-1 cup Vermicelli -2 cups water -1 tsp Ghee/Oil -1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds -Salt to taste - Veggies (Optional)

Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add Vermicelli and roast until it gets brown

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the pan, let them sizzle for a few seconds

Add chopped veggies and sauté until tender.

Add 2 cups of water to the pan and bring water to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer.

Add salt to taste, garnished with chopped coriander

Vermicelli is ready, add lemon wedges to make it more flavorful and tasty.
