– Pasta (200g) – Fresh salmon (200g) – Garlic, minced (2 cloves) – Onion, finely chopped (1 small) – Heavy cream (1 cup) – Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup) – Lemon zest (1 tsp) – Olive oil (1 tbsp) – Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish
Start by cooking the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then cook it in olive oil until golden brown. Flake it into pieces.
In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion, then pour in heavy cream and simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, add the salmon pieces, and mix gently.
Garnish with parsley, and enjoy your creamy salmon pasta!
