Grind ingredients with water to make a smooth paste.
Cook pumpkin and mango with water and salt for 10 minutes until tender.
Add sugar and ground masala, then mix well.
Cook for 5 more minutes, then transfer to a serving bowl.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and let it sizzle.
Pour the tempering over the pachadi, mix, and serve.
