Protein Rich Banana Shake For All Gym Addicts

Peel 1 large ripe banana, and gather 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup of milk (or plant-based milk), 1 tablespoon peanut butter, and optional chia/flax seeds.

Prepare Ingredients

Place the banana, protein powder, milk, peanut butter, and optional chia/flax seeds into the blender.

Add To Blender

Add honey or stevia to taste if you prefer extra sweetness.

Sweeten (Optional)

For extra flavor, add ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ice cubes for a chilled shake.
