Peel 1 large ripe banana, and gather 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup of milk (or plant-based milk), 1 tablespoon peanut butter, and optional chia/flax seeds.
Place the banana, protein powder, milk, peanut butter, and optional chia/flax seeds into the blender.
Add honey or stevia to taste if you prefer extra sweetness.
For extra flavor, add ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ice cubes for a chilled shake.
Blend the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy your protein-packed, gym-friendly banana shake immediately.
