A quick and easy recipe for delicious fried rice, loaded with tofu and vegetables!
– 1 cup of cooked rice – 1 block of firm tofu, cubed – Mixed veggies (carrots, peas, bell peppers) – 2 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tbsp sesame oil – Garlic and ginger (minced) – Green onions (for garnish)
Pan fry cubed tofu in oil until golden brown on all sides. Set aside.
Add sesame oil to the pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, then toss in the veggies until tender.
Add the cooked rice and tofu to the stir-fried vegetables. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir everything together.
Finish with a sprinkle of green onions and enjoy this savory, protein-packed meal!
