1 cup soya chunks, 2 cups mixed veggies, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce, 1 tsp tomato ketchup, salt & pepper to taste.

Marinate the soya chunks in a mixture of soy sauce, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the mixed vegetables until they're tender-crisp.

Add the marinated soya chunks to the pan and stir-fry until they're well combined with the vegetables.

Season with salt, pepper, chopped green onions and chopped tomatoes.
