Lingkan Reang
Marinate prawns with spices and let sit for 10 minutes.
Cook marinated prawns in oil for 5-7 minutes, then remove.
Reduce prawn juices, add cinnamon, and fennel, and cook for a minute.
Saute onions, curry leaves, green chilli, and ginger garlic paste.
Add tomatoes, cook until mushy, then add water and simmer.
Add prawns, cook for 5 minutes, and serve with rice or roti.
