Lingkan Reang
Marinate prawns with spices and let sit for 10 minutes.
Sear prawns in hot oil for 1 minute on each side and set aside.
Saute cinnamon, fennel seeds, onions, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste in the same oil.
Add tomato paste, and spices, and cook until fragrant.
Pour water, boil, add prawns, and simmer until oil floats.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
