Blackbeard One of the Four Emperors of the Sea in One Piece, Marshall D. Teach, popularly known as Blackbeard, already possesses great power. He uses the strongest Paramecia and the strongest Logia of two separate Devil Fruits.

Monkey D. Dragon Dragon, dubbed "the world's worst criminal," is the commander of the Revolutionary Army. His strength is incredible and is perhaps on par with that of the Yonko.

Shanks One of the current Yonko crews in One Piece, Shanks is the captain of the Red-Hair Pirates. Even though Shanks is one of the targets for the Worst Generation.

Eustass Kid Like Luffy and Law, Kid belongs to the Worst Generation and wants to follow in their footsteps and become the Pirate King. He has destroyed anybody who has dared to stand in his way, much like Luffy.

Trafalgar Law Law, also referred to as the Surgeon of Death, is one of the most important figures in the One Piece universe. He is the one that started the conflict with Kaido, even if his motivations were totally different at the time.

Garp Garp, a Vice-Admiral in the Navy, is known as the Marines' Hero. Garp still seems to be fairly powerful despite his advanced age, and given the series' conclusion isn't too far away, he'll probably keep up his current strength.
