Grate boiled potatoes and mix with all ingredients except cornflour and oil.
Add cornflour, mix well, and shape into a dough.
Chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into portions, shape into balls, and create smiley faces.
Deep fry the smiles until crispy and golden.
Drain and serve with ketchup.
