Make dough by mixing warm water, yeast, sugar, flour, salt, and olive oil, knead and let rise for 1 hour.
Prepare sauce by sauteing garlic, tomatoes, and seasonings until thick.
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.
Roll out dough, cut into squares, top with sauce, cheese, and olives, then fold into balls.
Place dough balls on a greased tray, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and serve warm.
