To Make This Mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, oil, cumin, onion, chilies, ginger-garlic paste, spices, samosa sheets, cornflour slurry, oil.
Heat oil in a pan, and add cumin seeds. Sauté onions, chilies, and ginger-garlic paste until golden.
Add boiled potatoes to the pan. Stir well, cook for a few minutes, and let the filling cool.
Take a samosa sheet, and place the filling in the center. Roll it tightly to form a cylindrical shape.
Seal each pinwheel using cornflour slurry. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pinwheels on medium heat until golden and crispy.
Serve your crispy Pinwheel Samosas with mint chutney or tamarind sauce. Perfect for your New Year’s gathering.
