Craving a dessert that's both fruity and comforting? Try Pineapple Kesari, a South Indian classic with a tropical twist.
1 cup semolina (rava), 1 cup sugar, 1 cup chopped pineapple, 2 tbsp ghee, 1/4 cup water, milk and a handful of cashews & raisins.
Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews and raisins. Once golden, add chopped pineapple and sauté for a few minutes.
Add semolina (rava) to the pan and roast it till it turns golden and aromatic.
Add water, sugar, and the cooked pineapple to the pan. Stir and cook until it thickens. Enjoy the fruity goodness.
Garnish with more cashews and raisins. Serve warm or chilled for a perfect treat.
