1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1/4 cup milk.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs one at a time. Then mix dry and wet ingredients together, finishing with pineapple.
Divide the batter evenly into the cupcake liners, about 2/3 full.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Take out from oven and let them cool before serving. Enjoy your fluffy, tropical pineapple cupcakes!
