Gently separate turkey skin from the breast, keeping one side attached.
Season the meat with 1 tsp kosher salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
Mix softened butter with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and sage.
Spread compound butter under the skin and reattach the skin to the breast.
Rub oil and baking powder on the skin, then air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Flip, air fry at 400°F for 20-30 minutes until crispy and the internal temp reaches 165°F.
