Lingkan Reang
Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt, white pepper, oil, and sifted baking powder.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Arrange wings on the rack, making sure they don't touch.
Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes (use convection if possible).
Flip wings and bake for another 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Toss in sauce or serve plain and enjoy!
