Prepare the filling by sauteing cumin, crumbled paneer, green chili, and spices, season with salt and coriander.
Ensure the filling is dry and let it cool completely.
Make a soft dough by kneading flour, salt, and water, rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough, stuff it with filling, and carefully roll into parathas.
Cook on a hot tawa with oil until golden on both sides.
Serve hot with your favourite side dish.
