Lingkan Reang
Cook grinding ingredients with water, then blend into a fine puree.
Saute shahi jeera in oil, then add the pureed masala with water, salt, and sugar.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it thicken.
Add garam masala and kasuri methi, mixing well.
Stir in paneer pieces and cook briefly.
Serve hot with roti or chapati.
