Gather paneer, butter, tomatoes, ginger, cream, and spices (like garam masala, turmeric, and red chili powder).
Blanch and blend tomatoes to make a smooth puree.
Heat butter, add grated ginger, and sauté for a minute.
Pour in the tomato puree, season with spices, and cook until thickened.
Add roasted paneer cubes and cream, stirring gently to coat.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice. Enjoy!
