Lingkan Reang
Mix flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough, then rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
Divide the dough, stuff with filling, and seal the edges.
Roll the stuffed dough into a slightly thick paratha.
Cook the paratha on a tawa, applying ghee and flipping until golden brown.
Serve with raita or pickle.
