1 cup mixed dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios, walnuts), 1/2 cup milk powder, 1/2 cup condensed milk, 1/4 cup sugar (optional), 2 tbsp ghee, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.

Ingredients

Chop dry fruits into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan, add dry fruits, and roast for 2-3 minutes.

Chop & Roast

Add condensed milk and sugar (if using) to the pan and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.

Make The Mixture

Stir in the milk powder and cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture comes together as a soft dough.

Add Milk Powder & Cardamom

Add the roasted dry fruits to the mixture and mix well.

Mix Dry Fruits

Transfer the mixture to a greased tray, flatten it, and let it cool for 30 minutes. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
