4-5 slices multigrain bread, 1 cup poha, 1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 chopped green chili, 1 chopped onion, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, chopped coriander, zest of ½ lemon.

Cut bread slices into bite-sized cubes and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add poha, mustard seeds, then saute green chili and onions until soft.
