Satisfy your sweet tooth with these delicious Nutella stuffed pancakes. Perfect for breakfast or a treat anytime!
- 1 cup all-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons sugar - 1 tablespoon baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 cup milk - 1 large egg - 2 tablespoons melted butter - Nutella (for stuffing)
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Stir until smooth.
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes).
Spoon a generous dollop of Nutella into the center of the pancake. Pour a little more batter on top to cover.
Carefully flip the pancake when golden brown and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
Stack the pancakes on a plate. Drizzle with syrup, sprinkle powdered sugar, or top with fresh fruits. Enjoy your delightful treat!
