Nutella Lava Cookies: A Decadent, Chocolatey Explosion

1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup nutella.

Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Prepare Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

Cream Butter & Sugar

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Chill the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up.

Combine & Chill

Scoop dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place a spoonful of Nutella in the center. Seal the dough around Nutella and roll into a ball. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Shape, Stuff, & Bake

Once set, let it cool for a few minutes. Enjoy your delicious nutella chocolate lava cookies!
